With an increased acquisition of customers over the years, AXA TCI group was left with the challenge of processing an increased number of insurance claims respectfully. That coupled with a disconnected legacy set of tools and technology available to the AXA TCI team prompted for a novel software solution. As is often the case for large enterprises, there was no readily available platform that would satisfy the bespoke business processes of the AXA TCI world.
After an extensive business and infrastructure analysis the proposed solution was to build a new internal browser based platform. The platform would integrate existing data and systems under a single user interface as well as redesign and simplify all of the business processes. The internal mainframe, finance, security, document repository, workflow and data from the customer portal were brought under a single UI accessible to authorized personnel and the business processes were simplified. As a result of this multi-year project the AXA TCI team is now able to completely focus on the client relationships and the efficient and accurate claims and recovery processing, instead of spending valuable time in dealing with the deficiencies of legacy and disconnected technology and data. This globally ready platform is already in production, saving internal resources and preserving the much valuable long term client relationships in the critical world of TCI claims and recovery.
