Problem
It can take months to organize a large event, but once the conference begins and hundreds of people start mingling it can be very challenging to keep everything going as planned. It is critical that the event management team and conference attendees are staying on schedule even in unforeseen circumstances.
Solution
By building a native Android and iOS mobile application that will hold a conference schedule, speakers, general information and times up-to-date the event management team can be sure that it has the optimal tool for keeping everyone at the conference informed, on schedule and ready for any potential changes.
